cant log in

hey guys im having problems logging on…its telling me i dont have a content id? im getting very frustrated can anyone help me?

Usually that happens when your subscription runs out. It deactivates the content ids until a payment plan is set up again. Look into your square enix account and the solution is likely there. Something similar happens to Sofi a couple weeks back, and that's how I figured out what was up when it happened to me a week or two ago.

ive been up and down the square enix page and cant get how to give them money so i can play i see this crysta buisness but it wants me to give my card number a few times to come click and buy idk if im going about this the right way

That whole crystal business is such a hassle. The only way I was able to get crystal points was to use paypal.
